All delivery within the UK is FREE!
All items will be dispatched, subject to payment card authorisation and stock availability. We expect all your items to be delivered between 2 to 4 working days using Royal Mail's Post Office First Class Standard Service. Most items will be delivered by the following working day, including Saturday. During busy periods especially Christmas and other seasonal times, please note that delivery may take up to 7 working days. This does not apply to items under the 70% Discount Sale which will be delivered using Royal Mail's Post Office Second Class Standard Service.

Christmas Delivery
Christmas is a very busy period for Royal Mail and deliveries may therefore be a little slower. To ensure your Order arrives before Christmas, please place them by the following dates before 3.00pm:

Customs and Import Duties
If you live outside the EU, you may be charged subject to your country’s excise rules and regulations on arrival of the parcel. Chocolate and Mint Lingerie Limited have no control over these charges and therefore cannot predict what they may be.
Chocolate and Mint Lingerie Limited hope you will be pleased with your purchase. However, in the unlikely event, where you may not be fully satisfied with your purchase, we will be pleased to exchange such items. Please return them to us unworn and in their original condition, with all labels intact within 14 days, stating briefly the exact reason for the exchange.
Customers exchanging such items will be responsible for the return postal cost.
All our shoppers have the right to cancel their orders within 14 days of receipt of their order.
Faulty Items
Chocolate and Mint Lingerie are pleased you have made a purchase with us, however if any of the items have a fault please return to us unworn, intact, with labels attached and with a short description of the fault and we will be happy to replace it. Your postage will be fully refunded for any faulty products.
NB - Please obtain a free Certificate of Posting for all returns (available at Post Office counters) so in the event of your parcel being lost in transit you will be able to claim for your losses against the post office. NOTE: a Certificate of Posting insures goods up to the value of £39.00 only. If you are returning goods of a higher value, please consider using the Royal Mail’s Signed For or Special Delivery services. That way your goods are fully covered and can be traced.
For all our international customers please return goods using a prepaid, insured, traceable method, clearly marking your package RETURNED GOODS to avoid delays at Customs. Please retain shipping documentation so we can complete your replacement or refund if items are lost in transit.
None Receipt of items - Please wait for 14 working days from date of postage before confirming none reciept of your items. For a full refund or replacement, please put in your request in writing stating that you have not recieved the items and want a replacement or a full refund.
